Delivery time

Normal delivery within Sweden is between 1-2 days, provided the product is in stock.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer of ReservdelsRC you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product, or a substantial part of it. Returns only if the item is in its original condition. Notice of return must be sent to our customer service via the contact form on the site within 14 days of receipt of goods. Always contact our customer service before you return the item.

The product should be properly sealed, preferably in their original packaging with the associated inner packaging and along with any accessories, transport damage due to faulty packaging charged to you as a customer. Put no address labels directly on the packaging but add original box in another box. We prefer that you give reason for the return, and return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice) this accelerates the process out of your return.

You must pay the return postage. Returns can not be made by cash on delivery. Save your deposit slip.

My order was delayed three days or longer, and has not been sent yet

This is usually due to one or more products in your order are out of stock at our supplier, or that there is one or more ordering goods sent to our warehouse from our supplier when we receive an order for products. If your item has to be ordered, there will be an estimated delivery time on the product's own page.
If we do not have all items in stock within a couple of days, your order is divided up as follows:

Products in stock are sent. Backorder products sent as soon as we get them in stock again. You pay of course, only one shipping fee no matter how many installments, your order is divided in.

Please note that we usually can not confirm an exact date for delivery, but usually the delivery can occur within a short time.

If you have waited a long time for your delivery, please contact our customer service.

I have not received my order sent

If your order is sent, but you will not receive a notice from the post office, please contact the Post's local collection site in your area to see if your package is there. The entry can search by item id contained in the shipping confirmation you received from us, or your name.

If your order is shipped via DHL, we ask you instead to contact our customer service.

Not in stock

If an item is on order, it means that we will get the item again. However, we can not specify an exact date when different providers have different delivery times.
It usually takes between three to seven days for a Longer be entering again. Keep an eye on our site to keep you up to date on product availability.

Complaint

The warranty is 3 years under Swedish law. For a claim to be approved, the fault have been on delivery and not caused by negligence or careless use. We offer us always to bring in a product with warranty and have a technician make an independent assessment, if the fault is considered to be the original will ReservdelsRC to rectify the error and return a working product at no cost to you the customer. Otherwise, we will provide a quote on what it would cost to repair or return the product.

We always leave a quote that you get to decide before we repair the product. If the goods are not covered by the warranty will ReservdelsRC to charge shipping and a diagnostic fee.

Prepay

In advance, the total value of the order payable to bank 220-5987, give also your reference number (invoice number) for payment.
